Key Ready ("Key Ready," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website GetKeyReady.com (the "Site") and provides home concierge and vendor-referral coordination services for new homeowners (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our Site, submit a contact form, or book/schedule Services with us.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

• Submit a contact form, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing/service address, and the message or details you provide.

• Book or schedule services, including your name, contact information, new home/service address, preferred appointment dates/times, the type of project(s) you need (e.g., TV mounting, ceiling fans, interior paint, landscaping, garage epoxy flooring, storage/cabinets, blinds/shutters), and any special instructions.

• Make a payment, including billing information necessary to process your one-time upfront service fee (processed through our third-party payment processor — see Section 1.3).

• Communicate with us by email, phone, or otherwise, including records of that correspondence.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and the date/time of your visit. This may be collected through cookies or similar tracking technologies (see Section 5 below).

1.3 Information from Third Parties

If you book Services through a third-party scheduling or payment platform integrated into our Site, we may receive information from that provider (such as confirmation of a completed booking or payment) in accordance with that provider's own privacy policy. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves; payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form;

• Schedule, confirm, modify, and manage your project requests;

• Match you with licensed, bonded, and insured third-party vendors/contractors ("Vendors") appropriate to your project(s);

• Share relevant project details (such as your contact information, service address, and project scope) with the Vendor(s) you are matched with, so they can perform the requested work;

• Process your one-time upfront service fee and, separately, our referral fee arrangements with Vendors;

• Communicate with you about your project status, appointments, or requests;

• Maintain the security and proper functioning of our Site;

• Comply with legal obligations; and

• With your consent, send you marketing or promotional communications (you may opt out at any time).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Vendors/Contractors: With the licensed, bonded, and insured Vendors we match you with, so they can contact you, schedule the work, and perform the requested services at your home. Once a Vendor is engaged, that Vendor's own use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices, and Key Ready is not responsible for how a Vendor separately handles your information outside the scope of coordinating your project.

• Service Providers: With vendors, contractors, or third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., scheduling platforms, payment processors, email/communication tools, IT hosting providers), solely to help us operate the Site and deliver the Services.

• Legal Compliance: If required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

• With Your Consent: For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information, or with your consent.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site (for example, through analytics tools such as Google Analytics).

• Marketing Communications: You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails.

• Access/Correction/Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the information in Section 11 below.

• Do Not Track: Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (for example, certain U.S. state privacy laws). If you wish to exercise any such rights, please contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Site and Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
