Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the website GetKeyReady.com (the "Site") or the services offered by Key Ready ("Key Ready," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site, submitting a contact form, or booking Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Overview of Services

Key Ready provides home project-coordination and concierge services for new homebuyers. Key Ready itself does not perform home improvement, installation, construction, or landscaping work. Instead, Key Ready acts as an intermediary that matches you with independent, third-party vendors and contractors ("Vendors") to perform the work you request, which may include (as applicable and described on the Site) TV mounting, ceiling fan installation, interior painting, backyard landscaping, garage epoxy flooring, garage storage/cabinets, and blinds/shutters.

Key Ready represents that it makes reasonable efforts to work with Vendors who are licensed, bonded, and insured in their respective trade and who have been vetted by Key Ready. However, Key Ready is not a party to, and is not responsible for the performance of, the work performed by any Vendor. All work performed at your home is performed by the Vendor as an independent contractor, and the Vendor — not Key Ready — is responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, and results of that work.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law;

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact or booking forms;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or related networks;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers/networks used to make it available;

  • Use any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent.

3. Booking, Matching, and Scheduling

  • When you submit a booking or project request through the Site, you are requesting that Key Ready match you with an appropriate Vendor; a match is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Key Ready.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking Services, including accurate contact information, project details, and property access details where applicable.

  • Once matched, scheduling of the actual work is coordinated between you and the Vendor. Key Ready may assist in coordinating scheduling but is not responsible for a Vendor's availability, delays, or rescheduling.

  • Key Ready reserves the right to accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel any booking or matching request at its discretion, including due to service area limitations, Vendor availability, or other business reasons.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Upfront Coordination Fee: You agree to pay Key Ready a one-time, upfront fee for its project-coordination and Vendor-matching services, as disclosed to you prior to confirmation of your booking. This fee is separate from, and in addition to, any amount you pay directly to a Vendor for the work performed.

  • Vendor Referral Fee: Key Ready separately receives a referral/placement fee from Vendors for connecting them with clients. This fee is paid by the Vendor and does not increase the price you pay for the Vendor's work; however, you acknowledge and agree that this referral relationship exists.

  • Any amounts owed directly to a Vendor for materials, labor, or services are billed and collected by the Vendor directly, under separate terms agreed between you and that Vendor.

  • Cancellation and refund terms for the upfront coordination fee will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Relationship with Vendors; No Endorsement of Work

  • Vendors are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of Key Ready.

  • While Key Ready takes reasonable steps to work with Vendors who represent that they are licensed, bonded, and insured, Key Ready does not guarantee, warrant, or independently verify the ongoing accuracy of any Vendor's licensing, insurance, or bonding status at all times, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or results of any work performed.

  • Any contract for the performance of work (e.g., installation, painting, landscaping) is between you and the Vendor directly. You are encouraged to review the Vendor's credentials, request proof of current licensing/insurance, and enter into a written agreement directly with the Vendor for the scope of work before work begins.

  • Disputes regarding the quality, timeliness, cost, or performance of work should be directed to the Vendor in the first instance.

6. Property Access and Client Responsibilities

If you provide access to your property (such as keys, codes, or entry instructions) to a Vendor in connection with the Services, that access is granted by you directly to the Vendor, and Key Ready is not responsible for how that access is used or safeguarded by the Vendor. You represent that you have the legal right and authority to grant such access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Key Ready or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

KEY READY DOES NOT PERFORM HOME IMPROVEMENT, INSTALLATION, OR CONSTRUCTION WORK AND MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE WORK PERFORMED BY ANY VENDOR, INCLUDING ITS QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEY READY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY WORK PERFORMED BY A VENDOR, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEY READY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE UPFRONT COORDINATION FEE YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO KEY READY (EXCLUDING ANY AMOUNTS PAID TO A VENDOR).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Key Ready and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site or Services, or violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Third-Party Services

The Site or Services may involve third-party tools (such as scheduling or payment platforms) and independent Vendors. Your use of those third-party tools, and any work performed by a Vendor, may be subject to their own separate terms, and Key Ready is not responsible for the practices, content, or work product of these third parties.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or refuse to provide Services to any person, at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
